How to Order

Please read through all of the following ordering instructions before proceeding with your order.

Calculate how many MuttBalls you wish to feed your dog per day. Remember that even one MuttBall a day is better than no MuttBalls at all. The ingredients in MuttBalls are wholesome - a hugely important factor in their digestibility. Adding a MuttBall to a dog's regular diet will significantly increase the nutrient levels of the meal and make the meal so much more tasty.

See the MuttBall Prices section for pricing details. You can order a one-time delivery for a taste trial. A $25 charge will apply, which will be credited towards your first regular order.

If you are ready to order, fill in this PDF and send it back to us either by fax or return e-mail. We will get back to you to schedule a delivery.

If you have any questions or special requests, or if you would like to speak with us before placing your order, fill in this questionnaire and we will be in touch with you.

You may have special requests for your dog: your dog may have a known allergy; your veterinarian may have recommended a particular ingredient. We will give you our personal attention and we will try to look after the needs of your very own dog.

Once you have submitted the form, we will contact you regarding your order.

Your MuttBalls will arrive in weekly portions designed for your own dog and we'll deliver to your door. Store one bag in the fridge for immediate use, and pop the other three in the freezer. By the time you come to the end we will be there with the next supply!. If for any reason you need to board your dog for a period of time we may be able to deliver the supplies to the temporary home.
